• For foreign candidates: For candidates based out of India, a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent qualification in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) is a must. Students in the final year of their bachelor’s degree or equivalent can also apply. The interested international candidates must have completed all examinations related to graduate degrees with a minimum of 50% overall marks and have a required GMAT score.
• For local candidates: Candidates with a university degree in any discipline recognized by the UGC or ALU, or AICTE with not less than 50% overall aggregate marks (45%, if the candidates belong to a reserved category) are eligible for post-graduation. • To enroll in the PGDM entrepreneurship course at EDII, candidates will have to appear and qualify in the XAT/ MAT/ ATMA entrance exams.
• To enroll in the PGDM innovation entrepreneurship venture department at EDII, candidates have to appear and qualify in the CAT and XAT entrance exams.

The admission process at the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India for the PGDM courses is divided into two segments. 

1. Desired candidates have to appear and clear one of the entrance exams from CUET/CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA / CMAT (the exam will be chosen depending on the course the candidate wants to pursue).
